Great location. Easy to access. Nice apartment. Spacious. TV had Netflix and stuff. They were very kind and let us check in early.

The apartment (unit D) smelled bad, like there was a sewage leak or something (especially in the downstairs bathroom and kitchen pantry-they’re back-to-back). The walls are so thin I could hear the neighbors having a conversation, and their alarm woke me up at 5 am, as if the alarm was right next to my bed. Cleanliness was lacking: the walls were dirty, along with along the baseboards. Bed and pillows were SO UNCOMFORTABLE that I woke up in the middle of the night with major neck crinks and have been in pain now for 2 days. I even went and bought another pillow for the second night! I also thought it very ridiculous that we had to pay a $100 cleaning fee AND strip the beds and take out the trash. This cleaning fee is added after they give you the total per night, so beware. Then there is no cancellation allowed once you realize how much extra they charge.

When we arrived, it appeared that the bed had been slept in, there were no towels in one of the bedrooms, and there was no bedding for the third bed. Cleaning had not been completed, trash in the trash cans, floor was dirty. While the management sent a housekeeper to correct the propblems it was at great inconvenience to us as she did not arrive until late evening and it tood a couple of hours to do the unfinished work that should have been done before we arrived.
