Location was great! Property was nice.
We were promised that the dripping air conditioner in the bedroom, above the door would be fixed. No one contacted us to tell us otherwise. When we returned late that night, it was still leaking and I called the property. Only then, was I told that they could not fix it until after our stay. No amount of refund was offered. One couple in the group had to keep a bucket in the doorway, meaning that they could not close the bedroom door for privacy.

Property was very clean. We were informed about the number of stairs (80+).
Communication with property was strong at first but not as strong towards the end of our stay.

The location - you could not have a better location in Florence. It is immediately behind the Palazzo Vecchio, but yet quiet.
It is a bit tired. No blankets were available.
