It was clean, spacious, and in a great location.
The shower mixer tap in one of the bathrooms didn’t work. However there was two bathrooms so it wasn’t critical.

The location was still quite okay. There is a bus stop right next to the entry which takes you to the city centre in a few minutes with many buses. If you want to walk, it’s around 35 minutes to get to the city centre. Around 20 minutes walk to the main bus station to get to the airport or Edinburgh. I liked that the flat was clean, very spacious. The instructions were clear.
It was cold inside and somehow the manual screen to operate the heating was locked and didn’t work (maybe only flat). The bedrooms windows from my flat were right into the garages and the strong light got into the room even through the curtains during the night. I also didn’t like the fact I was supposed to throw away the trash bin during the check out. I think a part of the price for the accommodation already includes some cleaning fee so why I should do it (even though I have done it).

Location was excellent. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Towels and linen were good quality. Kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals.
The flat does need a bit of a refurb to return it to the standard of the photos. There is lots of minor cosmetic damage and the flooring is very worn. Everything worked but it's not as sumptuous as photos.

Heating kept failing and had to keep resetting it, luckily I am a heating engineer but most people would have had a cold weekend, we phoned the helpline and emailed the on our first morning but never had a response of any kind, very poor
