Nous étions un couple
Navons apprécié le logement pour son rapport qualité et sa situation géographique.
L'hote est vraiment disponible si besoin et sympathique.
Des bouchons d'oreilles disponibles, brosses a dents egalements.
Cuisine ben équiper Cafe, the, spices...etc sont disponibles
Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute si le logement est disponible.
Il est vrai qu'il y a de la nuisance sonore pour les avions et pour l'appartement du dessus.
Mais en toute logique, en vacance, nous utilisons le logement que pour la nuit.
Donc les voisins dorment et les avions ne circulent plus.
En ce qui nous concerne, nous avons manquez d'une deuxième table de nuits, d'un porte-Valise.
Nous avons donc utiliser les tabourets de la table a manger pour les faire.
Et il manquait un tapis de séchage vaisselle et d'essuie tout.
Se sont details, qui ne nous ont pas empêcher d'apprécier ce logement

El espacio para una pareja es genial , la ubicacion es inigualable, el anfitrion atento y siempre pendiente de las necesidades, el parque al frente lo hace sentir muy comodo
Las paredes transmiten mucho ruido, afortunadamente los vecinos del piso superior no eran para nada molestos, el ruido de los aviones también es notable pero no tuvimos mayor problema

Coffee maker had filters and ground coffee in room. Nice patio to sit out on in the morning with a cup of coffee and can look out on to Balboa Park from room 4A. Easy access to Balboa Park. Room is spacious enough for 3 people. Not difficult to find free street parking. Nice take away Mexican restaurant right down on Fir street.
Room is in the flight landing path of San Diego International Airport, so may be irritating if you don't like frequent plane noise. Ceiling is thin (wood construction)and you can hear every step and dropped shoe of the tenants above. Funny that the landlord provided complimentary ear plugs on the bed nightstand. Ottoman at base of bed was heavily stained and my wife asked me to put it outside. No facial tissues provided. Be aware that some homeless drug users gather near the CVS parking lot at all times of the day.

The patio was nice and clean. The room was spacious and had amenities in the kitchen and living room.
The parking was difficult to secure with management and was inconvenient until we were able to get an on site parking spot on our second day. The couch in the living room was not very comfortable and the bathroom needs a deep clean. It would have been nice to have more than two towels available. There are also a lot of homeless people in this area, not sure if it’s because the park is nearby or if that’s common in this city.
