The flat is very central and quiet even though 2 floors below is a bar. Supermarket nearby. The living room is big and the kitchen is good. The fan made it cool and the hairdryer was powerful. Nice welcome from the owner.
The stairs are steep! The flat is old and could do with redecorating. Many scruffy lockers in the living room as it is used for multiple occupation by construction workers. The bathroom is at the other end of the spacious flat away from the master bedroom so the layout is poor. The sofa needs a new cover as it is stained. There are a lot of frying pans but they are all old! Towels provided were tiny hand towels. No wine glasses.

très bel appartement , spacieux , hôte très sympathique , possibilité de parking sur place , un avantage évident pour l'hypercentre de Perpignan , à 5 mn à pied du marché de Noel . Parfait !
manque un grille pain 😉 sinon au top !
