The hostel is quite cosy, especially the main area. There were no other guests there when I stayed, the owner Grace was very friendly.
The room was clean, with a fan and an aircon. There was a soap provided. The water was not quite hot but alright.
The squeaky bed! Every time I moved, it squeaked loudly and felt unstable, as if the frame might give out. It made it really difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I honestly can't imagine how uncomfortable it would be for two people to share that bed.
I was promised an early breakfast due to my early departure, but when I woke up, no one was there and no breakfast was prepared. I had to leave without eating, which was frustrating. Better communication and reliability are needed.
