Lovely location, room and decoration, lovely little extra touches above and beyond. The breakfast was superb and such a lovely host.
Shared bathroom would have been difficult but as only guest staying it was fine and incredibly clean. Considering shared lobby from room the bathroom I would really want a lock on the bedroom door.

Julia is a very attentive host who couldn’t do enough during my stay - very hospitable! Breakfast was great, poached eggs on toast w/ bacon was a great way to start the day. The location is also great, less than 30 mins to Gatwick Apt. Would recommend this place.

Das Bad neu und komfortabel mit Dusch"Anlage". Frühstück gut. Die Hunde waren willkommen. Parken am Haus.
Das Zimmer viel zu klein für 2 Personen. Matratze- Genau meins , Das Bett nur von einer Seite am Durchgang zu Erreichen. Zimmer vollgestopft. Viel Licht....

Lovely aspect overlooking the garden. Great to sit outside on a small terrace. Comfortable bed and crisp, clean linen. Great breakfast. Shared bathroom clean. Helpful host.
The room was narrow and the bed against a wall. The door to the room didn't lock from the outside so was vulnerable when bathroom used.

The house and settings were lovely.
The facilities were modern and very tasteful.
The garden and pergola was somewhere peaceful to sit.
Very close to the hospital.
Julia was the perfect host.
Breakfast was delicious.

Location
Upon arrival, I was informed by the host that their was a dog in room next door and that it snored, which I found amusing but wasn't a problem.
What wasn't amusing was said dog running at me growling when entering the property and the Barking in the middle of the night.

Julia was very gracious and helpful and went beyond usual parameters of a hotelier. She made me feel at home, which I very much appreciated.
Better explanation of how the shower worked would have been good. I mis-duplicated her instructions so did it wrong and the cold water spray was unexpected.

I loved the host and the place was incredibly beautiful.

The owner was beyond accommodating more than willing to pick up from the train station...offered to cook meals etc....Truly made a concerted effort to make the short stay as pleasant as possible.... comfortable and very "homey" environment...
Price was a bit on the high side but that is par for the course in the London and surrounding urban area.....

The breakfast was great and the location was ideal for the location of the event i was attending. The host was incredibly helpful and drove me to the event which was much appreciated.
Minor point - I would have liked brown sauce and orange juice with the breakfast. The bed was comfortable but the foam mattress was a bit too soft. I would have liked to be able to lock my room when I left it.
