The house was beautiful everything I expected it to be was completely satisfied on my trip there.. I really enjoyed the pool light, changing colors at night was really need to see. The bubble spa was awesome also

I did not like how they put me in Clermont Florida when when the rest of my family was in Kissimmee Florida where I originally picked a house from.. if I would have known I was going to be put there sooner than I would have argued to get a house closer to my family but I got the address the day of my trip and had to deal with it. But other than that everything was wonderful

How I was not force out when my car broke down .The Management team was Awesome. It's was very nice and clean an very convenient for the 5 days me and my family was there. Walmart down the road Dollar Tree ,and Dollar General 5 min away . Lol ve it

Pool don’t heat enough , I’m not coming back here again

The house was big and spacious and very comfortable. We loved the pool and pool table in the garage. The street was very quiet and easy to find. We were in a house in Davenport, and the nearest Publix supermarket was only a 3 minute drive. Only about 20 minutes to the theme parks.

A day before check in we were provided with the address and code to the lockbox. At that time, we were offered heating to the pool, and insurance, which was an unexpected expense in addition to the accommodation cost. The pool heating worked, but the whirlpool only reached a mild warmish temperature. It was a great place to stay, however we did notice the following: More attention needs to be paid to cleaning and maintenance. In the kitchen, we couldn't find a chopping board, serving platters, storage containers or baking pans. There were about 4 frying pans in the cupboard, two were unusable. Wine glasses all mismatched, only 3 provided. No basic provisions supplied in the kitchen: Guests need to supply own salt & pepper, cooking oil, sugar, coffee, tea, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets....etc There were scuff marks along some walls, and one bathroom had an old, used bar of soap in the shower (we wondered if it had been cleaned). A couple of the lights were out. Outside: When we arrived, the trash can was already 75% full. We were there for almost a week, and had to dispose of our trash elsewhere. The screens surrounding the pool area had large patches of mildew over it, due to the overgrown vegetation pressing against them. The controls (timer) for the whirlpool was faulty (wouldn't move), and we had to physically turn it off.

The pictures above are the reason I picked what I thought was the villa. We were in long box in four corners, not kissimmee. The property was over a $1000 more for less comfort. Very disappointed

It was a beautiful home. Love the pool that they had and in a gated community that was so quiet.... Was close to everything so that wasn't that bad...

What I didn't like was check in. The house keeper thought we was going to check in until the first so when we got there she was still cleaning. Had to wait an extra hour for us to check in. Then she didn't leave any toilet paper or trash bags for the house we had to go buy some.. the carpet was stain in the master bedroom but that was ok.....
