10/10! One of the best hotel stays we’ve had! We were extremely impressed with the La Quinta Suites by Wyndham South Bend Notre Dame Area. From the moment we walked in, the hotel felt clean, modern, welcoming, and well cared for. The Notre Dame décor throughout the lobby and common areas was such a fun touch and really added to the South Bend experience. If you’re visiting the Notre Dame area, the location is incredibly convenient. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, everything felt fresh, and the room had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator, which is always a huge plus when traveling. The room also had a large TV, desk/workspace, plenty of storage, great lighting, and a nice modern layout. The bathroom was bright, clean, and updated, with a beautiful lighted mirror and a nice shower. The water pressure was great, and the entire bathroom felt very well maintained. The air conditioning also kept the room perfectly comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and everything from check-in thro ugh our stay went smoothly. You can tell there is an effort to keep the property clean and inviting. The lobby has plenty of comfortable seating, and we loved the outdoor seating area as well. Breakfast was another bonus. There was a nice variety of options, making it easy to grab breakfast before heading out for the day. The hotel also offers free parking, an indoor pool, fitness center, and other amenities that make it an excellent value. What really stood out to us was how much you get for the price. The hotel feels newer and more modern than we expected, and the combination of cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and location made this an excellent stay. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting South Bend or Notre Dame.

Nothing

The location was convenient to Norte Dame.

Our room was not cleaned well. There was mold around the sink. There was trash left in the closet. The walls were not cleaned well. The bed was fine. The breakfast area was not restocked timely as we went for breakfast and the Milk was out and no one was cleaning so the trash was overfilled and nothing was restocked by 7:30 to 8 am
