The location is excellent.
Collecting and returning the keys was a little bit tricky, but the staff tried to help with making our check out easier.

Great location and excellent pools. Beautiful ocean views. Great choice of eateries onsite. The aircon was fantastic.
Unfortunately the beds were very hard. Except for the upstairs bed. The mattresses were so uncomfortable and left us aching.
Also there were no instructions/maps as to where to find our car park or the unit, only “park in the number”. The allocated car park is in a separate tower to the room, which made unpacking the car a battle in the pouring rain. The lounge suite is also
Inadequate for a room that holds six people, with not a small two seater and two other chairs that aren’t comfortable.
Also no Wi-Fi or smart TV and a flat tV remote.
