The location was the best. I thought it was going to be a two bedroom house with a sofa bed in the living room, but it turned out to be a 3-bedroom/3 bathroom place. It was great having a pool and hot tub. On a clear day, the view of the volcano is amazing. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for everyone, and it was nice that some staples were provided.
Some things didn't work or didn't work well. The burners were not hot enough, so it took a long while to scramble or boil eggs. The jet stream on the hot tub did not work once it was heated. The refrigerator leaked, but I just put a towel underneath. All small things that were annoying but overall everything was as advertised.
