The property manager. uses some automated system, for the message stream on Booking, without announcing itself as such. This leads to confusing communication. I asked for a 2-3pm check-in early on. it was "acknowledged" but actually it wasn't. On check-in day, a human replied that it was rejected, which was not the case.
