The Great Wall Box House - Beijing

Enjoyed the breakfast, we also had dinner and that was very tasty. It was a set meal which takes away the challenges of making choices! The whole place was kept spotless by the owner and although English was limited we managed fine using our phones. The bathroom was shared but was also spotless, great powerful shower, all the lotions, creams, extras were available and we loved it! It was out of the way yet a short walk to a lovely village and then to a supermarket. The host was able to organise trips to the wall but we just wanted to rest as we are seniors and had already experienced the wall at Simatai.

We liked everything!

Consigliato!

Very well located! Perfect 5 minute walk to the wall. Xiaowei and her three cats were very nice, and Xiaowei was very helpful with coordinating activities and a great cook!
