The 2-bedroom apartment is wonderful. It's up one flight of stairs, behind 4 secure doors that require keys, but it's easy (you feel very safe), and facing the inner courtyard of the building so it's VERY quiet. We had the windows open at night (they have bug screens on the window which is great) and we could not hear the street noise in Florence at all. There are air conditioners in every room, if needed as well and they work great. The bathroom is quite small, but sufficient and clean. This is a family apartment that has been cared for with love. It became a respite for us every evening after long days discovering Florence. Carlo is a wonderful, kind, helpful host. If we ever return to Florence, you can be assured we will stay here!

The hallway inside the building to the apartment wasn't kept very clean and didn't smell great, but that isn't the apartment owner's fault. It might be good to have a little soap/shampoo in the bathroom, but again, that's being picky. People should bring their own supplies. There really isn't anything to complain about with this place. We loved it!

Comfy, light and airy. Quiet and cool from the city heat. Well equipped kitchen area. Very comfy mattress. Carlo manager met us on arrival and helped with cases. Really helpful with advice and quick responding to messages and booked us a taxi for last day.

We loved it but wouldn’t suit anyone with accessibility needs as 3 flights steps.

Wonderful apartment, and super host Great location and Carlo was super helpful His restaurant recommendations were excellent! Would stay again

Nothing - it was wonderful (But a few extra pillows and a full length mirror would be nice!)

A beautiful, clean, and cozy apartment, perfect for 2 people. Super comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, and a cute balcony with a nice view. The location is perfect. It's a 10-min walk to el duomo and every other part of the old city center and a 20-min walk to palazzo pitti. It's also a 10-min walk to the main train station. You've also got restaurants, bars, and grocery shops in every direction. Carlo, our host, was very friendly and came to meet us when we arrived. He showed us around the apartment and also gave us restaurant recommendations. We communicated smoothly through Whatsapp before and during our stay. We had an excellent stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.
