Location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Small outdoor area to sit in. Able to open all windows for fresh air.
Shower / bath was difficult to get in and out of

The cottage is in a good location for shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. Topsham is a delightful place with lots of beautiful buildings, an interesting history and short walks along the quay and estuary. There are plenty of great places to explore in the wider area.
The bedding and towels could do with being replaced and the cottage would benefit from a refresh decoration-wise.

The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had before my arrival and also on my arrival.
I was sleeping on the sleeper couch in the lounge downstairs and unfortunately the traffic noise kept me awake and woke me up early.
