I liked the view from the balcony, but it would be good if the air conditioner condensate ran into the drain instead of onto the floor. It's good when there is a parking space in the underground parking lot, but the entrance is very narrow, barely fits a larger car
There is sometimes a small pump running on the balcony, the sound of which is reminiscent of a washing machine or dishwasher outside the door. If you are very sensitive to small sounds, it is worth considering. The air conditioner was only in the main room, and the coolness enters the bedrooms through the open doors.
