Brilliant modern, clean apartment. Location couldn't be better. Quiet, despite being in the centre of things.

Bit of confusion over whether the air con was working in one room. It was. Temperature seemed to be controlled by the owner. Issue resolved and apartment was cool enough.

The location was perfect. Accommodation suited our family of 6 adults comfortably.

The location was perfect! The rooms and showers were spacious. Air conditioner was wonderful. Apartment was very nicely decorated.

The first day, one of the shower drains was clogged and flooded, and we had to use towels to soak up the water. That particular bathroom/shower was not clean and full of hair. When we inquired about getting more towels and having the shower unclogged, we were told we would be charged. After much correspondence, pictures of the shower, they finally agreed to provide more towels. The towels and technician did not show up for 2 days which was incredibly frustrating. The listing advertised having a coffee machine, but it didn’t. When we inquired about receiving one, they said they could provide a Mika pot which is not at all the same. We had to go out to coffee shops every morning to get coffee which was very inconvenient and not expected. The Wi-Fi rarely worked which was also very frustrating, and the elevator broke down multiple times over the 6 days we were there.
