Room was very clean,linen toilets 10/10..Friendly staff ..Breakfast Croissants fresh and still warm...Overall Value for money could not be questioned...
There had been a roof leak ..the paintwork to the roof was stained..upon arrival it was slightly foisty but by opening windows this was rectified..room 6 dosnt have good wifi signal..ended up having to go into bathroom to connect...Having put the location desired felt this was a little deceptive as it is a long way from Calgiari city centre(not the hotels fault).Quarter St Elena is a suburb of Calgiari.15/20 minutes by car.

We had one of - if not the most - friendly and caring welcomes in all of our travels. Truely outstanding and far beyond any standards and expectations! Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. Good Italian breakfast. Free parking along the street in front of the hotel. Quiet accomodation.

The hosts were the friendliest and the nicest one I've had so far. They were very carying and welcoming. Nevertheless that we couldn't talk much because of my bad Italian they made me feel at home. Thank you.

Location to the airport
Old dated hotel; receptionist not so nice and unable to speak or understand english; price too high for the quality of the place; booking rating not adjusted to the quality of the hotel.

Staff was wonderful! Went above and beyond in helping me with different issues such as taxi rides/ bus, my food allergies for breakfast. Extremely kind!
Only complaint would be the walls were very thin and you could hear your neighbors quite clearly.

The hosts were wonderful, always looking to make the stay as much comfortable as possible. They provided us with helpful tips about the things we were looking for, were more than glad to suggest good places.. Breakfast was typical italian bakery products with a fruit juice, water and a hot beverage. Pretty decent to start a good day.

The owners were fantastic! They were very nice and polite. Everything was perfect. The only one thing was not comfortable was location. It was very long distance to Cagliari and poetto but very good conecttion with bus station.

very friendly welcome by the property and clean room. the owner helped me much to find beaches and transportation.
from the hotel it is easy to go to the airport, city center, beaches in and around Cagliari.

The whole experience with the hotel was great, I felt like at home. The owners are very gentle and attentive on customer needs. The hotel is 5 minutes from the bus station for Cagliari and other places. If you like authentic experience, this must be the choice!

Hotel owners can't speak English at all and it was really fun to agree all the things. =)
They are super kind and helpful!
Drive to the Cagliari city center takes about 20 minutes.
Parking should be more difficult, but we had luck to park right in front of hotel.

Amazing stay. Specially for the host Corrado. Clean and tidy room. A nice garden to have breakfast. Nearby to everything. thanks a lot.
