Terrific view of the path next door, great for dog watching. Located in a really interesting neighborhood.
Close to ScotRail Paisley Canal.
Apartment itself was in great shape and has everything you need. Free access to the building parkade was a real bonus.
Owner is very personable.
The buiding hallways smell as though someone is urinating in them.
On two occasions found exterior doors to rear parkade had locks disengaged (so anyone could enter the building).

The view out of the back window and car parking. The bed was comfortable and the flat was in a quiet location. Double glazing on the windows was a bonus. Good hot water supply for showering. The flat itself was very clean and well presented.
The hallway was dirty and the light outside our flat was not working. The stairs up to the flat made it difficult to bring larger bags in from the carpark or front door. No instruction booklet to use the oven which made it challenging.

The joint entrance smelled a bit, but had nothing to do with the apartment except you needed to go through to get in.

The property was as described and shown in the photos. It is modern, clean and comfy. It is in a great location, everything you need is on your doorstep. We will definitely be looking to book again.
Only minor issue was one of the sockets started to make a buzzing noise on our last night which kept my son awake, reported and the host advised it would be looked at asap.

Very nice flat,hot shower, nice bath ,big telly, located by shops and bars and railway station, asif Very helpful, milk in fridge and coffee and tea nice touches, highly recommend. 😀

this property was only a few minutes walk from Canal Street train station with links to Glasgow and surrounding areas. Not far from the main road with bus links to all local areas.

Nicely appointed with everything we needed. Nice view out to hill and park area. Close to all ammenities including supermarket and train station.
A little ‘off putting’ with a lot of rubbish lying around the outside of the unit complex and the front street, HOWEVER, once inside the apartment you’re in you own very comfortable world.

The apartment was perfect. We travelled with small children and were delighted to see travel cot, highchair and safety gate in place. The accommodation was so comfortable and immaculate. Cannot fault anything. With family in Glasgow will definitely book it again and would highly recommend it. Thank you

Decor, comfort, warmth & facilities.Lovely view from kitchen.
Wasn’t sure what marks were on bathroom ceiling and back door downstairs to the building were very messy with bits of rubbish. At times downstairs back entrance smelt unpleasant.

The property was very well kept with a lovely addition of tea, coffee and a pint of milk in the fridge! There were even some wee sweets to accompany the tea - a really lovely touch. Would recommend and would stay again.

Comfortable, modern apartment. Comfy beds. Lovely kitchen and dining area. Friendly, helpful host. Really appreciated toiletries and tea and coffee provided, very thoughtful! Great value for money. Highly recommend!

Very clean and well decorated. Very subtle for a small family in quite area with nice view and train is only walking for 2 minutes. All facilities are around and the owner is very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and my family as well.

Lovely flat, great view and gave husband chance to reminisce as was brought up 2 doors down, moved there when he was 2.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Espedair Apartment. The kitchen and living area has a beautiful view to the local park, its pleasure washing dishes with a view like this. This apartment is very clean, the kitchen has all amenities, the living area has a nice comfortable sofa and a massive flat screen tv (with Netflix) and the Wifi signal was very strong.
It’s very easy to park at this property, I was returning in the late evening and there was always plenty of parking. There is a 24h Asda about 10-15 minutes drive away which is handy if you returning late.
Finally how can we forget about the friendly and flexible host, we didn’t have a precise arrival time as we were driving from London, this wasn’t a problem for our host who met us after 10PM and showed us around the apartment, many thanks.
