We stayed in this hotel twice: before the cruise and after. What we really liked was the location: despite all the traffic, it was pretty convenient to get anywhere by taxi.
The facilities: the room had everything we needed. Breakfast: wide range of food. And partly - staff. We were allowed to leave our extra luggage (that we didn’t need on a cruise ship) for 6 days in the hotel, which was really nice.
But at the same tine, some of the staff members (esp.concierge team) were not very friendly and it made me feel uncomfortable. Also, our room was pretty clean, but not very, so there is definitely some room for improvement.
Despite all of the above, I would stay in this hotel one more time, because there are definitely more advantages than disadvantages.

The room was clean, well appointed and spacious.
The concierge is a mixed bag. Liam and Heaven were extremely helpful and accomodation. The same can’t be said for Kevin and his sidekick, extremely rude, unhelpful and uninterested for front facing staff, putting a downer to our stay.
