The location was great for us as it is close to our daughter and her family.
Easy transport, close to shops and not far from Cairns city.
The staff are excellent and very helpful & friendly while proffesional.
A little noisy close to the main road.
The fan in the bathroom was very noisy and the screen door did not have a lock or handle.

Location was great as we had family living near by, close to shopping center
The floors in the first unit was a trip hazard and subfloor was damaged just in out shower area and waste drain was not compliant insects were seen coming through grill

Convenience
Paper thin walls and unfortunately neighbours ruined it as we could hear everything very loudly. Beware booking.com calls a two bedroom motel unit a two bedroom villa and we did not expect to be in a motel unit. While the beds were comfortable we won't be back.
