The Pool was nice, the House was nice.

The Hot Tub I was looking forward to did not work. . We were not Notified of This. We were not informed that there was wifi available. Very Few Towels available. Icemaker in Refrigerator DID NOT WORK. Had to buy ice. No Cable or Satellite, only Old CDs to watch.

The beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Backyard set up was wonderful!

The house itself wasn't very clean but nothing that was a deal breaker. I contacted the owner and they thanked me for letting them know and said they would be contacting the company they use because they had just paid for a deep clean.

The master bedroom bed,& the cabana area. The bed was comfortable. The cabana is a nice area to hang out and play pool.

Every bed except the master bed is terribly uncomfortable. The hot tub wasn’t cleaned prior to being filled. It was being filled when we arrived so it wasn’t heated up until the following day. Spent an hour netting and skimming the water prior to anyone getting in it.

The only good thing about this property was the pool table& movie channels

When paying almost $500 per night,you expect the house to be spotless& for all the amenities you paid extra for to be clean& in working order. This was not the case at this house. The minute we arrived, the hot tub was broken,the heated pool had yellow stains all over the bottom of the pool,there was dog poop left from previous guests all over the yard,trash& other debris in the yard. There was trash& dust under the sofa. The hot water was not sufficient for 5 of us to take showers at 1 time. I spoke to the owner multiple times about these issues& he was unhelpful& even got rude & asked us to leave 2 days early with no refund for the 2 days we were not at his house.He also has not refunded the extra money we paid for spa(hot tub,pool) that we never used. This was my 20th anniversary trip& this owner made it awful for us. Stay away from this house& this rude owner! Booking.com hasn't been any help in getting our money back. They don't care about you. I will never use Booking.com again.

The house is located in a pretty neighborhood and close to stores. The house was well decorated and comfortable to stay in. The beds were comfortable. The host could not have been nicer and more attentive to our needs. The heated pool was at 91 degrees and it was Amazing! This is a family house for good times! It is a great value for the cost.

The sheets and towels could have been a little nicer. If you are particular about your linens bring your own.

It was roomy and comfortable. The outside area with pool and hot tub was the best part!
