Superb location and quirky style

This place is a gem….in close proximity to all the attractions of the main village, while being sufficiently removed for a secluded escape. The mountain pool was a place of magic, with beautiful vegetation and incredible Mountain views. The elaborate and well thought out labyrinth was an extra special treat. The cottage was comfortable and suprisingly cool in the hot weather. We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful property!

Lighter bedding would have been lovely in the summer. We would have loved to experience the Salamander Lounge and art gallery but they were both closed. These comments do not in any way detract from our beautiful stay

Beds were comfy. Nice view

No cleaning in the 4 days that we were there. Towels not changed in the 4 days. Rubbish not removed and no extra bin on the property. No warning about the genset of neighbors which is quite noisy.

Amazing, much better then in the pictures. In nature, beautiful cottage, stunning sculptures and maize.

Beautiful property, pretty gardens to walk in and good value for money for Franschhoek. Brought my small dog with and she loved it :)

Slightly noisy from road nearby and be careful of ticks in the gardens!

The cottage is very beautifully decorated and the attention to detail is exquisite. I found this cottage by accident and its the best find in a while. Will definitely be back to walk around the lovely garden and watch mother mountain from the stoep
