I stayed at Antica Filanda Lattes for an extended work trip, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The apartment is beautifully maintained, extremely clean and incredibly well equipped. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into making it comfortable for longer stays: the kitchen has everything you need, the bed is very comfortable, and the large balcony is a lovely bonus. The location is also very convenient. The apartment is in a quiet and peaceful residential area, while still being just a short distance from the center of Cuneo, so you can easily reach everything you need. Another big advantage, especially if you are travelling by car, is the free parking available directly at the property — something I found extremely convenient during my stay. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the attention to detail and Fabrizio’s hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. He had prepared a few things in the fridge, snacks, fruit and even little chocolates around the apartment, together with a handwritten welcome note. These may seem like small details, but they make a huge difference when you are staying away from home for several weeks. Fabrizio was always kind, available and quick to help whenever I needed anything, while at the same time giving me complete privacy throughout my stay. I travel quite frequently for work and have stayed in many apartments, but this is definitely one I will remember. It combines comfort, cleanliness, a convenient yet peaceful location and exceptional hospitality. I would happily stay here again and can especially recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place for a longer stay in Cuneo. Thank you again, Fabrizio, for making my stay such a pleasant one!

Nice and big Apartment, very comfy, well equipped, with good coffee for breakfast and complimentary beverages. The host is very welcoming and flexible on the arrival time (I arrived quite late).

Nothing.

The apartment design , character and attention to detail is superb! Loved the whole place with every feature covered !
