Location was good to serve as a home base.
Staff was very nice.
Layout of the room was not ideal - lacked lighting. Also our room was on the first floor next to the meeting rooms so it was noisy in the morning.

Excellent staff...very engaging and accommodating
Eggs and sausage a little bland but understand the challenge of producing in large numbers. Next time will stick to cereal.

The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfy beds!
One room had an inoperable toilet, but it was an easy switch to a new room for that guest.
On the breakfast buffet, It would have been better if the eggs were not made with cheese though as that limited people with dairy allergies.

Crystal at the front desk was amazing. I came down to get a drink and she had a less than pleasant customer at the desk. She never wavered from her friendly helping self! Kudos to her! She does her job so well.
