Narrow lane to the parking area

Victoria Hotel Rooms is in the city center of Veliko Tarnovo and it probably has the best view of the old town.
I found ants everywhere( in the bathroom, in the bad, on the floor, everywhere) and the floor was dirty.
The walls were dirty with something black like dirt.
The host didn’t spoke english very well and it has hard to talk with him.

The location
The cleaning

The hotel is close to the city centre, but quiet area as it isn’t on the main street.
The room was very dirty. There was dust on the table, the toilet under the toilet seat was all over spited by pee. And I hardly believe the bed sheets were changed before our arrival as I found spots on them ( food or something that you could feel it by hand, not spots after when you wash it). The main entrance was full with bird poop. There was a hair clip in the curtains. But the towels were clean.
