Check-in process is absolutely unacceptable. On the Booking.com the hotel offers the pay option during check-in what is LIE. I have received a note on my travel day from them that I need to make a payment on the check-in date before 2pm or my reservation will burn out. The hotel offers you only two options of payment such are Kaspi (native system) or to make a money transfer on the Russian Bank card of unknown man with their own currency course. To get inside of hotel you need first to call on the phone marked on the entrance because there are NO Reception at all. Be prepared to spend money on roaming as well because all communication will be by the phone or online. Highly un recommend for foreign people.
