The outside of the apartment complex was just ok. Once inside, it was just perfect. Everything was clean and tidy. We felt like we were in a high end beach condo.

There were two door issues that if I had a few tools, I could have easily fixed. The second bathroom door striker needed fastened better. The door caught on this. The bifold closet door hinge point needed tightened to prevent it from coming out of the track. These are super minor issues, just listing them for owner awareness.

Convenient location for our purpose. Good size apartment. Very comfy beds. Good size bathrooms. Nice to have the washer and dryer.

Kitchen could use an update. Drawers are uneven. Only had 3 knives. Not pleasant to see old used up plastic plates. The closet with beach/pool chairs was so dirty and sandy - you couldn’t use them.

The location is very good close to stores and the beach. It was very clean and comfortable, we took my son his fiance and 2 grandbabies it was great for them as well located close to the pool which was also very neat and tidy. Check in and out was also very easy

The master bathroom toilet ran some until you made it stop and the bathtub faucet was stuck on shower mode
