I absolutely loved my stay here! The room was huge, cozy, spotless, and felt like a real home — big shower, proper work desk, a lounge corner, and even a room heater that was a lifesaver in winter. The hill views and cherry blossoms along Deorali Road were beautiful, and the room was so well soundproofed that I barely heard any traffic. The food was exceptional. I ended up having every meal at the hotel because the continental dishes (pastas in particular!) and especially the desserts were genuinely some of the best I’ve had — the Millionaire Shortbread, Matcha Basque Burnt Cheesecake and warm Sea Salt Walnut Brownie were my faves. Breakfast was generous, warm, and always topped up - i looked forward to it every morning. As tho that wasn’t enough, the best part was the amazing staff - warm, attentive, always available on WhatsApp, and clearly took pride in everything from the food to the service. It felt like staying with relatives who quietly look out for you… I’d come back in a heartbeat and recommend any family/friends to stay here for sure!

Honestly, nothing major. If I had to nitpick (like a spoiled foreigner), I’d say I wished the TV had Netflix, and the hot water took a little while to heat up. But these were really tiny inconveniences that didn’t take away from an otherwise amazing stay!
