駅からやアリーナ、平和公園へのアクセスしやすかったです。お風呂やお部屋も十分なスペースあり快適でした。

夕飯どうしようかな、と思って部屋にあった案内ファイルをパラパラ見ていたら、walt（Uber Eatsもだったかな？）の案内があり、その手があったか！と思いました。頼みやすかったですし、ドアの前まで届けてもらったので幼児連れにはかなり助かりました。部屋の広さとロケーションの割に価格が安いのもよかったです。駐車場もまわりにたくさんあったので困ることもありませんでした。（平日だったからかもしれませんが）

Being told that my belongings are being moved to another room whilst I was out was not pleasant at all. This is especially after I have confirmed matters prior to my stay.

Check-in（3:00PM)之前，無法寄存行李。 在Booking.com的旅客提問裡，有看到飯店的回覆說可以在3:00PM前寄存行李，但我這次入住前詢問，卻被拒絕了。

A 5-minute walk from the Hiroden Tokaichi station, the property has spacious and well-decorated rooms. There’s free coffee at the lobby while you wait for check in time or for your taxi. It’s also close to many restaurants and konbini.

5 star may be slightly exaggerated given that checkout is at 10am, and there are little extra things (like baths, or terrace etc), but very good value and nothing to complain about!

There’s no reception staff, it’s all done via codes and iPads and then a quick FaceTime with someone remote. The instructions to enter the hotel need to be clearer. This is also the only hotel I have ever encountered which did not allow us to leave our luggage at reception after check out. We had planned to spend the day travelling and exploring Hiroshima and Miyajima, but our plans were derailed as we had to cart our luggage. I found this rather laughable especially since there’s a sign in the hotel elevator stating that this is not a chain hotel and they pride themselves on providing the best service.

Spacious, free use of washing machine, free coffee and tea bags. Fast internet.

Pillows too high, bed slightly on the soft side.

Beautiful, very clean rooms with tatami mats. The bed was very comfortable and the location is ideal. It's close to the Peace park and all the monuments. Ideal hotel!

Please be aware that there is no receptionist and you have to do a self-check-in. But the hotel is available by email and responds swiftly.

Made the mistake of trying to check in online prior to arrive. This was a disaster. Am unmanned reception didn’t really help make the check Easley as language was an issue. But once we got checked in everything was great.

室内も広く、トイレ・バスルーム（広かった）が別々であった。ベッドも広く良かった。

チェックインがわかりずらかった。バスルームに洗面器がない。館内禁煙はいいのですが１Fに喫煙室を設置していてほしかった。

Unique accommodations and a great value tucked away in Hiroshima. Location was very accessible to key sites including Atomic Bomb Dome, memorials, museums, etc.. We reserved two different styles of rooms for our group and both were nicely decorated, featured plenty of space, and were pleasant places to spend our downtime. There is also an adorable park nearby that had a farmer's market during our stay and we enjoyed local treasures including ice cream, muffins, honey, and an assortment of fresh vegetables.

The elevator is a bit small, but certainly usable. No complaints or issues at all really-- it was a really great place to stay and I'd gladly stay here again if I return to Hiroshima in the future.

Very spacious room and bathroom, balcony serves as an escape route so no access. Beds were very soft and comfortable, and the lighting really enhanced my experience. Overall a great place to stay.

The elevator was a bit too small so you might need to take a few trips to move bulky items like luggages, or just take the stairs.

I rarely write a reference but this place was exceptional for the money. They thought of absolutely everything and the quality was amazing.

The room is large and comfortable. There are two wash machines that can wash and dry clothes. It takes about 5hours. the location is very quiet. It very suitable for family , couples and friends.
