Owner was especially friendly and helpful and did more than necessary to make sure our stay was fantastic. It was clean with fresh crisp white sheets on the bed. The place was situated on the sea front and close to everything in Bridlington shops restaurants and entertainment and still no noise disturbance . Loved it
Cannot think of anything not to like it had everything and more.

Great location. Right on the seafront
Room was far too small. Really on fit for single occupancy. Shower was far too small and difficult to manouevre when the door was shut. This review is only for room 11, and other rooms I would assume are bigger
