Cool hotel in a converted tenement building right by Chinatown. Lots of good food, bars, etc to walk around nearby. Right across the street from the Tenement Museum which is very cool - highly recommend booking a tour. Friendly staff and comfortable room, very clean and well equipped.
Elevator is slow but we just took the stairs which was not a problem.

Hotel staff were amazing. Friendly helpful and connected to the neighborhood and all it has to offer.
Too many options for added money/ like an airline- pay this for early check in, late check out, room upgrade….

Great independent hotel, room was spacious and modern amenities but still in keeping with the time of the building. Location is fantastic, close to eateries and bars and walking distance to Chinatown and Little Italy. Staff were super helpful and someone was always available at the front desk for any questions we may have.
We stayed at the weekend, area is lively and you can sometimes hear whats going on outside/in the corridor if you are a light sleeper!

The room was great, big and with a very confortable bed
Unfortunately the neighbor is not the best one and it was very very loud at night. Due to proximity with a big intersection and cars constantly honking as well as people partying.
The level of cleaning was also disappointing. Every morning you have to request the services that you'd like and if you were not asking to change the bed linens they would not even touch the bed. They would come in to change the towels or pick up the garbage but leave the bed unmade or the dishes dirty in the sink. Once I requested a clean towel and I got one with stains and holes
