Location and calmness. The location was really good and it was very calm neigbourhood. We really had fun at the property and the property manager Sage was almost available all the time and very responsive. There was no interference during our stay and kitchen and all the rooms had lots of basic items which was really great in case you forget something to bring. The basement had lots of games to play which was an amazing addition and loved the kids play area except it wasn’t clean. Overall experience was great except for the cleanliness.

The property was nice except the cleanliness in the washroom and basement area. The upstairs washroom was clogged with hairs and gunk. Need proper thorough cleaning for sure. The water was smelly due to sewage system I believe and play area for kids wasn’t clean at all. We recommend having it cleaned for kids coming in.

Cleanliness and comfortable stay. Very safe. I would recommend to my friends and will definitely re-book for next year. Full and modern kitchen. AC is working well. Rooms and clean with comfortable beds. Sage is very responsive and helpful.

Wasp, the water equipments are not ready for use needs cleaning. No available life vest.

The space

We could not swim in the lake but it was scenic and comfortable

Beautiful home for a group with great updated amenities. Dock was beautiful to lay on and fish from in the morning. Patios had amazing views. The beds we comfortable and the linens were beautifully cleaned. Had so much space for a big group! Check-in and check-out rules were very clear and easy. Would definitely book again!!

Grass could have been maintained as we had some trouble playing outdoor games due to thistles and tall grass. Bbqs could have been better cleaned as well, the upstairs bbq was unusable which was disappointing as it was on the patio connected to the kitchen.

the situation on the Lake was lovely with great views.

No towels were provided as supposed to be. when they brought them the next day, they were grubby old ones. When we did use the shower the drains smelt so badly we had to open all the doors. The coffee machine was full of old mouldy coffee. there was insufficient bedding for chilly nights…need I go on !

I like the fact that it was spacious enough for my family; we had access to the water and could see the lake from the master bedroom.

I did not like the broken window in one of the bedrooms; the wall paper had started to peel off in another bedroom and some of the potted plants were dead. Aside from that, everything was ok. We would stay there again.
