We really enjoyed our stay in this very nicely appointed accomodation. The landlady was great, breakfast delicious and it took us only seven minutes from leaving the BnB to arriving at passport control at the ferry port (traveling at 9.15am on a Tuesday after May bank holiday) We will definitely be returning and telling all of our friends.

Location perfect for ferry. Very large and comfy bed. Christine was an excellent host very friendly and welcoming.

Christine was a wonderful host and looked after us splendidly. She has a beautiful house and lets out one bedroom to visitors. The room is spacious and the bed is super large and comfortable. Parking is off-road and gated and next to the room which has an independent entrance. Breakfast is top quality. Her little dog, Monty, is delightful.

Difficult to find fault with anything. I suppose the bathroom might be regarded as being a little on the small side but it wasn't a problem for us. We're looking forward to our next stay there.

As we had no car (walking along South Coast) there were limited places to eat in the evening. Not a problem for visitors with a vehicle.

The very best thing about staying at Brooks house is Christine! What a kind and friendly and humerous lady. The house has a welcomming atmoshere and there is a huge and amazing garden. The bedroom is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The breakfast is very tasty and prepared with care and attention. You feel at home: the whole house has a warm and cozy appearance. We had a wonderfull time at Christine’s place and we will surely come back

Credit where credit is due. This was proberly one of the best B&B's we have ever stayed in. Great location (100yrds to the local pub), large spacious room, very comfortable bed, delicious cooked breakfast. Christine the owner was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Definitly recommend...

The room is fantastic, spacious and very comfortable. The host was lovely and even made sandwiches for us instead of breakfast since we had to leave very early to catch the ferry. There is a Pub one Minute down the road that makes excellent food.

The house is one of the oldest in town, but has been beautifully and tastefully renovated with a nice combination of old and new. The room itself is very spacious, the bed is incredibly comfortable, we slept very well! Very tasty breakfast with homemade jam (the best I ever had!). Christine is a great hostess, we had very exciting and inspiring conversations with her, even though we were only there for one night. We'll definitely be back when we stay in Kent!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brooks House. Our host Chris and little dog Monte couldn’t have been more welcoming. Lovely room and tasty breakfast, loved the homemade jam and marmalades.

Host works very hard to make guests welcome. Stylish decor, good size room. Comfy bed with quality bed linen. Access to outdoor seating was welcome after a long journey. Secure onsite parking. A most enjoyable breakfast: quality ingredients, very well cooked.

Bathroom rather compact but very functional for a one night stop-over.

Excellent choice cooked fresh to order. Delivered with a smile. Only the one room is available so plenty of attention and a very caring host
