The property it’s beautiful, super calm and cozy environment, delightful pool and the apartment was comfortable, clean and super nice. It’s a 2 min walk from a beautiful beach and the owner it’s super diligent and he makes sure you enjoy every minute of your stay. Highly recommended I went with my family and we loved the place.

pros: the pool was naturally warm and big, the terrasse looked over the pool area and was nicely setup and big, location was great, near shops and other areas in las Terrenas by car or taxi, the security staff was very nice and helpful, parking was useful if you rent a car/motorcycle/ATV, and the neighborhood is very calm and chill (nice if you go as a couple, with friends, or with family).
cons: A video camera filming the terrasse constantly, cleanliness (a lot of dust in the closets, fans …), malfunctioning showers, lack of hot water and pressure a lot of mosquitos in this specific residence compared to other residence in the area I have been too),
