Al Madina Golden Hotel

The hotel is good and very close to the mosque.

The toilet ventilation system is not good, because air is coming out from the down of the sink and it’s coming out with a bad smell.

I had an excellent experience with the hotel service and was extremely happy and satisfied with my stay. The staff were very professional, welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. If I have the opportunity to travel to Saudi Arabia again and stay in Madinah, I would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation. I truly appreciated the hospitality and high level of customer service. I sincerely hope the hotel continues to provide and further enhance its exceptional service. I would be very happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Honestly, I did not find anything significant that I disliked about the property. Everything was well maintained, and the service was excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Our recent stay at this hotel during our family trip to Madinah was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. The entire experience was smooth, peaceful, and exactly what we hoped for during our visit to this beautiful and blessed city. The hotel was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was excellent for a family stay. The staff were professional, respectful, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Every interaction we had with the hotel team reflected great hospitality and a sincere willingness to help. I would especially like to mention Mr. Turki from the front desk. He was exceptionally polite, helpful, friendly, and professional, while also being a genuinely cool and approachable person. He went out of his way to assist us and made us feel like valued guests. His positive attitude and warm personality really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. People like Mr. Turki are a true asset to a hotel and deserve special recognition. As a family, we really appreciated the comfort, cleanliness, hospitality, and attention to detail throughout our stay. Everything contributed to making our time in Madinah more relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, this was an excellent experience from beginning to end. We left with very positive memories and sincere appreciation for the wonderful service we received. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah, especially families, and we would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit, Insha'Allah. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable — and a special thank you to Mr. Turki for his outstanding hospitality!
