Catherine Wheel feels far bigger than it should thanks to the high ceiling, which is beautifully decorated and gives the flat its focal point. But the station is nearby and you’re a bit removed from the throngs of tourists that seem to march back and forth between the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps.
