Gorgeous setting and views; spotless and beautifully maintained; owners were hospitable and friendly

There was nothing I didn’t like in fact, I can never remember any time that I ever perfect as it was here.

I like the fact that it’s brand new and you can walk downtown Santa Paolina Beautiful grounds and terrace with mountains views

Gentillesse Disponibilité. Très belle emplacement.

The location in the middle of the vineyards is absolutely beautiful! The town of Santa Paolina is walkable (20 mins) and gives a taste of slow, Italian life. There are plenty of towns around to explore. It’s possible to have dinner at the place if you want and breakfast was included.

It feels more like a homestay than a hotel. We feel the service could have been better (with how it is presented on booking, we had other expectations). Some examples: - our room was not cleaned on the first day, but the other days it was. Unclear why it was like this. - our room was right next to another room, only separated by one door, and the tv was on loud in the evening & morning, which didn’t give a sense of a lot of privacy. - Communication with the property: there was no response to the email and a booking-message we sent. There also wasn’t any clear information on possibilities for doing a wine tour for example. - Breakfast quality was okay, not super, and the employee was on her phone one morning while serving us. (Not a big bother, but as an example that it’s more a homestay than a hotel experience with professional service)
