Cosy. Comfy beds. Very well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Good location
Garden up steep steps

We liked the location from which there was an easy walk into Berwick and towards sandy areas. An ASDA supermarket and petrol station were nearby. The route to and from the A1 was short and easy. The property was well-equipped and warm. The bed was very comfortable. The property was exceptionally clean.
We found the sofa uncomfortable, although it was stylish! The wall hung television was not to our taste. It was not easy to close the front door so that it locked. It would have been easy to have gone out and closed the door in such a way that somebody was able to enter the property without a key.

garden at the back not easily accessible. Up 8 + steep stone steps. Garden directly in front belonged to upstairs. Odd! Had to ensure only used fenced off garden to the right.
