Perfect location, modest but functional apartments
Could be little bit noisy- you are in the center

Very clean and spacious. Plenty of storage and added bonus of a washing machine. Location great. Very happy !!
Not a lot to dislike

Great location directly on the harbour, clean, pretty modern, smart tv with netflix, hairdryer, hoover, fast wifi & responsive hosts.
The sofa bed 0/10, not comfortable to even sit on let alone sleep on :(
The first few steps at the bottom of the apartments are so dangerous & need new caution markings, I actually tripped and fell and really hurt my knee.
Shower door didn't close properly plus weird marks on the bottom of the shower.
Broken/strange lights.
The bedside table was falling off the wall, head board was bent, mattress had a dip in the middle felt like you were sinking in the bed.
I really liked my previous Phaedrus apartments but this specific one I actually did ended up leaving after 3 nights and booking another apartment elsewhere.

"the location is perfect, it was very clean, the service was great. 2 minutes walking to the beach and near a bus station. I will book it again for sure."
