Not enough tv channels Sink and shower drainage not good ,,,when bathing water stays on the floor for minutes whilst bathing

Very comfortable, quiet and private, right in the middle of Lusaka. Rooms very comfy. All appliances available, including an iron and ironing board, which was useful. Perfect for a night in transit. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Wifi was a bit patchy, but not really a problem.

Swift assistance by the staff to all my needs. Even went an extra mile.

The apartment is located close to Kamwala market and Comesa. It is along a major road thus easy to get taxis.

The "breakfast" was a shame. The claim that they offer breakfast is not real. How can they advertise that they offer breakfast when they give you bread and a bowl full of margarine as breakfast. They need to either stop misleading guests on the breakfast part or offer rooms only with no breakfast included. Don't fall for the breakfast included offer. There are no restaurants of note close by, you need to get a taxi to get to main malls like Levy Mall. The room I was given is right along the busy Cairo Road hence so much noise. The rooms need to be sound proofed.

Good location for my needs (taking the bus to Livingstone the next day). The staff were all incredibly friendly, and went out of their way to make my stay easy and to arrange logistics of getting a Sim card, a Bus reservation, a taxi to the bus station, and help with exchanging money, all on a National holiday.
