The property was in a great location, 2 mins walk from Lynton village. Spotlessly clean with everything that we needed for two families to enjoy 4 days over Christmas.

The only down side was just the one shower in the house. We managed but there was 10 of us so took a while to get ready some mornings.

Beautiful location and v well appointed house and kitchen.

The freezer wasn't working but was reported and acknowledged.

Spacious, clean and well equipped house.Comfortable beds. Pleasant location in a friendly town. Shops and places to eat nearby.

We liked it very much but it really needs an additional bathroom or shower room for a six bedroom property.

Lovely building and garden (needs the lawn mowing!) Comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely views from upstairs

Would have been better if the hosts had left some consumables for guests on arrival tea coffee milk etc. and soap in bathroooms as do most other similar properties. We were only 5 people so the single bathroom not an issue but would not be good if 12 people. It is a bit of a shlep from the car park up to the house!
