Location is close to Tram station which was our 1st priority as we had to book them at short notice due to some change of plans.

Dated property with old design but spacious & airy apartment . Toilet had some bad smell all through as the exhaust fan works only for few minutes when switched on by hand. It is inconvenient to carry stuff onto stairs at the ground floor as well as at the upper Floors to get to & off the lift since lifts are added behind the staircase mid floors. It was very inconvenient to get heavy luggage to 4th floor and we may not have booked if we knew in advance as this lift situation isn't mentioned anywhere on website or on the mails. No dishwasher - expect to wash dishes by hand. 0 flexibility for checkout time of 10 Am and they sent multiple automated mails & messages highlighting check out time that makes you feel very unwelcome. Whoever was handling the messages on booking.com didn't sounded friendly or welcoming which you ideally expect in the Hospitality business. As this stay was in between another hotel and apartment stay for us in Prague , the contrast in way of communication was highly evident to us.

i like this apartment,everything is close like groceries store and transport , apartment very clean . rooms very comfortable , and which we need like dises everything already in the kitchen , and this apartment very safe and square without any reception, big smart LED for enjoye , really it was very beautiful apartment if i will again come in prague, i will again book this apartment , thanks you so much

i feel hot at night i suggest you please there need twe fan , this is customer choice he want use or he don’t want use , but for winter this is good but for summer there need two fan

Appartamento trascurato, si percepisce che è un luogo fatto solo per fare soldi. Riscaldamento basso, condizionatore non impostabile su Heat per evitare troppi consumi, dotazione cucina trascurata e sporca (le foto di come abbiamo trovato le pentole parlano da sole).
