The property is super clean and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable and have much room for a few travelers.
Mary is the key to this property. Her attention to detail and helping us with our every need was a huge plus! She assisted us with sheets and blankets for the pullout bed, check us in and out with care, as well as helped us with our luggage into the hotel.
Give Mary some love!

A good hotel to stay in whilst visiting the area. We used the fitness centre, pool and jacuzzi which were an added bonus. A good buffet breakfast with plenty of seating.
The air conditioning was noisy even when turned “off”, the fan automatically stayed on. This could be a problem if you are a light sleeper. We queried this with reception and were told it was just how the system is built.

The hot tub was wonderful! We took my granddaughter who was having surgery the next day near by and we were able to relax and be close to the dental office! It was perfect!

It was difficult to get cold water out of the sink faucet after warm water had been used say in the shower.

The property was clean and comfortable! All staff members were exceptionally polite and helpful! The ambience was welcoming and location was convenient! I will recommend this location to friends and family!

I reserved three rooms and paid for them in advance. The hotel front desk claimed there was only one room. The manager said Booking.com was to blame. The two rooms appeared later in the “no show” list of the hotel. I asked for a refund. The hotel said to request it from Booking.com.
Booking.com should give me a refund.

We liked all aspects of the hotel. Everything was great!
We stayed in room 511, and in the bathroom, there was a knee wall that partitions the toilet from the vanity. I believe it protrudes into the room too far, and it has a marble stone cap that has quite sharp edges. During my stay, I bumped it a few times hard enough to cause myself to bleed. I believe this is a BIG liability issue.

I like the convenience.
I didn’t like the fact that if you live in the area it’s another $250. I feel that is stupid and it makes for someone local not want to stay at the hotel, that needs to change and it needs to change ASAP!?
