Close proximity to Spanish steps- the heart of Rome.

The beginning of the stay. My family comprised of my wife and three children, and myself had to wait for more than one hour to get the keys for the apartment despite updating the landlord about our arrival time. It was unbearable and acceptable behavior. On the check out day we had to remove our rubbish to some site despite the fact that there were sure bins at ground floor. We weren’t offered to use them.

Best location possible in Rome, close to everything, great value, three bedroom apartment on the first floor (some steps and no elevator), one huge room with a double bed, one room with two twin beds and one room with a sofa bed and large dinner table. The big room is connected to the sofa bed room with a joint door (can be closed) and the sofa bed room is connected to the kitchen, one bathroom is connected to the kitchen and the other is near the entrance to the apartment. Only one shower. Incredible air conditioning (outside was 35 degrees and inside was freezing if we wanted). We were given two sets of keys which was very helpful as we were a group of six. There are two supermarkets 1min walk away from the apartment, everything was very clean and organized. Great stay! Highly recommended!

There were no locks on the bathroom doors (or on bedroom doors), disappointing and easy to fix
