I liked the location and parking.

I did not like having damp sheets, bugs appear upon arrival, the floor was filthy

Every staff member we came into contact with were so kind and accommodating!! We had a beach mouse scare and they had the whole crew out within the next few hours to access the situation (they are a protected species here). Never saw anything again though and for the price it’s an incredible value! You’re a 2 minute stroll from the water, quiet and clean. If ocean front is your goal this is the most affordable place to go!

Hall light didn’t come on during the walk through but that wasn’t a problem We also had a fuzzy little visitor the first night

First, they locked us out the room. Nothing in there was nice. There is rat poop everywhere

The rooms were so cozy and the beds so comfortable. It was clean and easy to check in and out and the private beach was beautiful...

Was a little pricey.

Nothing,, was looking forward to our vacation was first time we had been back to the gulf in 3 years.so didn't enjoy it at all because of all the problems with the condo..

It was awful had to climb 32 steps to get to the condo, told them I was on oxygen said there was only 2 flights of stairs so I had to stay in the 4 days we were there.the rooms weren't that clean the carpet in the bedroom with queen bed could use a good shampooing,the rug in other bed room was dirty.the rug in the kitchen had spot of dirt all over it the gray color was almost black other words could use some new ones ,then went to take a shower ,shower didn't work the lever to turn it on was broke,the bath tub needed a good scrubing , the towels were dingy, then half the lights in the place didn't work,then the internet went out .my husband went to the car to get something he came back code for the door wouldn't work had to call to find out how to get back in they didn't know why the code stopped working ,.it was just one thing after another. Also droped a water bottle at the end of couch reached down to get it come up with cob webs and dust. Also was supposed to have balcony with beach view only view we had was to walk from our room to the end of walk way to see the ocean.Do you think they offered to help just gave us the run around everytime we called .would I book with them again no way. Also they need to get a better cleaning crew.

It was in an amazing location and the rooms were very clean.

The oven didn’t work when we went to cook something upon our stay.

It was cozy but not totally beachfront because I wanted to see the beach from the window. Had to walk few rooms down to see it. It was a cozy place something different.

Too much decor in the room made it seem too cluttered. Furniture needs replacing looks worn down but it serves its purpose. We were asked to move from the beach to go down passing the volleyball net. Which was 2 condos down because the city would be working on the beach. Staff said probably Sunday midday or so. But it was Saturday around 130ish the lady came from the beach to notify everyone to move down. I know it isn’t the condos fault but someone should have known ahead of time. We just went back inside and found something else to do. Who wants to go down when we were already set up and had a toddler with us enjoying where he was. But we made the best of it. Sunday morning they were still in that site so couldn’t go out and walk the beach in front of the condo.

The condo itself needs updated but really, who cares? It’s on the beach. Just walk down the walkway & stairs, you’re on the beach!
