Location was good for our family. Good child park nearby and easy access to stores.
Outside area needs some attention, and the kitchen pots and pans should be replaced b

The beds were very comfortable and the AC was nice and cold with a simple thermostat that was easy to operate. The kitchen was spacious, modern, and well equipped. The unit has an expansive outdoor area with a deck overlooking a large pond. It was fun to watch the ducks nearby. It was less than 10 minutes to drive to campus and less than 20 from the airport. Convenient!
I feel badly for saying that the pre- arrival process was cumbersome. I was asked to use a new app that I’ve never heard of. I also kept receiving the same email from the management company asking me to submit photos of my drivers license and credit card, front and back. I felt really awkward sending such personal info by email. It just doesn’t feel right. Even after I provided it, the same email kept coming to my inbox. Very frustrating. Also, please know that we were safe in the neighborhood, but upon arrival the area has a less than appealing vibe to it in my humble opinion. For the price we paid I don’t think we’d go back again.

Location in general, the enclosed patio.
Very poor upkeep in general. On multiple nights the smoke alarms started going off because the batteries hadn’t been replaced. The furniture is rickety and broken and imo a danger to anyone who sits on some of those chairs. The front door lock works poorly and one day I was locked out requiring maintenance to come fix it. The neighbouring house is very sketchy and there were cop cars there one morning.
