I loved the staff at check in her name is Mikahel
The first room the shower stayed cold and knob wasn’t working
The second room didn’t have a bolt in the door 210A made us feel anxious at night
The breakfast lady was soo so rude the wife if moshiach she screamed at us when we came late and made my dad who usb88 very anxious

The staff and overall experience was great.
The gym could do with a touch up, breakfast was a little overcrowded.

The hotel is maybe a 3 star. Some furniture in the room had very visible wear. We need to change room because the room next to us had a child and you heard everything. It's like they have paper walls or doors.
Breakfast starts very late at 8:30 in the morning that's unheard of for a hotel.
We would not stay there again.

P.S. my wife said there was a slight smell in both rooms and the hallway. Our phone didn't work in the first room + no coffee machine. Not what you expect for that kind of $
