Location, location allowed us to get around Atl and avoid some traffic.
Need to put night shade blinds on bedroom windows. A good deal of light comes in at night.

Amount of space
Just a few minor things cleanliness wasn’t terrible. It just wasn’t to our comfort but for the price it was definitely understandable. The TVs have a little trouble working, but besides that everything was good .area was fine .parking a bit difficult.
