location is very convenient and easy to park. They have public parking lot which need coupon around the place. Got lots of cat wander around and they are friendly.
The place feel dark and creepy. Toilet is so so and always wet as the pipe is not closed. Price is high for the quality of the room.

Not particularly friendly staff, blocked bathroom sink, bathroom needs better cleaning, walls in bedroom need repainting

In an ok location for an overnight stay but there is literally nothing in mersing
Hotel was acceptable. Not the cleanest, not modern and not the most comfortable but for a 12 hour stop over before a ferry it was adequate

you get what you pay, at those prices don’t expect the Four Seasons or the Ritz.

The staff was kinda friendly even when we checked in very late. A reasonable price to pay for a quick shuteye before catching the earliest ferry out to Tioman. The location is great as it is only about 5 minutes from the Jetty. All in all, it is a very basic hotel, you will not be disappointed if you don't set your expectations too high.
The room was ok to catch a quick nap but the furnishings were quite old and smelled slightly moldy. The water heater was very basic, bathroom was clean albeit a little old school. All in all, it is a very basic hotel, you will not be disappointed if you don't set your expectations too high.

spacious room, clean, and comfortable. easy to park, nice view and nice staff. definitely will stay here again. tq so much. just ask the receptionist if u need a kettle
